DHL Group shares rose after JPMorgan said the logistics company is heading into its third-quarter results with positive momentum, citing continued strength in express shipment volumes and assigning the stock a fresh “Positive Catalyst Watch.”
DHL Group Rises on JPMorgan Positive Catalyst Watch

The move matters because DHL is one of Europe’s bellwether transport and logistics names, and a strong quarter would reinforce the view that global trade flows and premium shipping demand are holding up better than many investors feared. For a sector that has spent much of the year contending with higher operating costs and uneven freight conditions, signs of volume resilience can translate directly into better pricing power and margin stability.
JPMorgan left its rating at Overweight and kept a 65-euro price target, implying further upside from recent levels. The bank’s Alexia Dogani said the bank expects positive news when DHL reports in early November, with express business volumes still providing support.
DHL shares were up as much as 0.98% to 55.48 euros in Frankfurt trade on Friday. The reaction suggests investors are willing to pay for evidence that the company can convert seasonal and commercial demand into earnings upside, especially if execution in express and international networks remains firm.
The call also lands as logistics operators are being watched for signs of how year-end demand is shaping up across supply chains, from consumer shipments to export traffic. If DHL delivers the “strong third quarter” JPMorgan expects, it could reset expectations for the group and lift sentiment across European delivery and freight stocks.
