myXRP.fi has opened public access to its FXRP bridge on Flare after accumulating 8,099,291.67 XRP in a private institutional phase, giving the project a larger professional base as XRP infrastructure competition intensifies.
myXRP.fi Opens Public FXRP Bridge on Flare
The launch matters because it adds a new venue for XRP-linked liquidity at a time when the token is still recovering from a sharp pullback and investors are looking for signs of durable on-chain demand. XRP-USD was trading at $1.31 on Oct. 15, below its 50-day moving average of $1.42 and near the lower end of its recent Bollinger Band range, with an RSI reading of 25.8 that points to a technically weak tape.
myXRP.fi said the institutional book was built by three professional participants, with the largest position accounting for 5,306,820.33 XRP, or about 65.5% of the total. The project says participants came from financial centers in Asia and Europe, underscoring that the book was assembled before the public rollout rather than after retail interest emerged.
At the center of the platform is a fixed 1:1 FXRP bridge that lets users lock official FXRP and mint myXRP, with redemptions burning myXRP and returning FXRP in the same transaction. The contract caps outstanding issuance at 10 million FXRP and, according to the project, has no owner, operator key or upgrade mechanism, features intended to reassure users about custody and contract control.
The public launch also comes with a second, separate custodial route that supports more than 200 listed digital assets across 25 network environments, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, XRP Ledger and others. That widens myXRP.fi’s appeal beyond native Flare users and gives the project a broader role in XRPFi, where liquid staking, lending, vaults and automated market-making are trying to pull more capital into XRP-denominated products.
For investors, the key question is whether the institutional book and the public bridge can generate enough activity to matter for XRP liquidity and related DeFi flows. If usage builds, myXRP.fi could become another route for holders seeking yield or capital efficiency; if it fails to attract sustained deposits, the launch risks becoming another small niche product in an already crowded crypto infrastructure market.
The operator, Top Value (BVI) AM Limited, is listed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission as a virtual asset service provider and custody provider, which may help with counterparties looking for regulated infrastructure. Near term, traders will be watching whether the platform can convert its 8.1 million XRP institutional phase into recurring public flow as XRP volatility remains elevated and the broader market weighs security, regulation and adoption across the token’s ecosystem.
